In this role, I have gained extensive experience designing and developing diverse learning courses and materials, employing various strategies and instructional design frameworks, such as ADDIE and SAM, to optimize program content. I facilitate both virtual and in-person training sessions covering various topics. Additionally, I collaborate with teams to identify and address training requirements while managing relationships with external vendors for additional training programs.

I also evaluated training effectiveness by assessing learning objectives' achievement and knowledge transfer to refine current solutions and anticipate future learning requirements.
