The Problem: The expense card team identified recurring issues that were slowing approvals and increasing risk. I was asked to design a manager-focused solution to improve clarity and support better decision-making. Solution: Using the ADDIE approach, I developed a scalable learning experience in Rise360 , supported by ElevenLabs voiceover and Camtasia walkthroughs—designed to simplify compliance and support confident, real-world decision-making.
